You agree to take the necessary measures to delete and destroy any intellectual property downloaded by you pursuant to the order number above and licensed to you for use under the terms of Aladdin's license agreement.

Digital River shall identify and mark the order number above as returned, refrain from billing your credit card and report the product as "destroyed" to Aladdin, once this form has been executed by you and received at Digital River. You acknowledge that any continued use of the software product would constitute willful copyright infringement for which you may be liable for civil damages of up to $100,000.
